Our Billet 4-Link Chassis Brackets have been engineered to accommodate the demands of the most extreme 4-Link set-ups while also adding strength, durability, and ease of installation for builders.

SPECIFICATIONS

Designed with 13” between cross members, the Billet 4-Link Chassis Brackets incorporate 9 upper adjustment holes over a 5-3/4” spread.

The lower half of the bracket features 11 holes over two rows for extra fine adjustments within its 4-1/4” spread.

BILLET vs. FLAT PLATE BRACKETS

What do you get out of a Billet 4-Link Chassis Bracket compared to a traditional weld-in 1/4″ plate?

These brackets begin from a solid billet of 4130 are and machined for a precision fit that you cannot achieve with a waterjet or laser cutter. Machining also eliminates work-hardening that is also a common side effect of laser cutting which makes the material more difficult to fabricate and weld.

In contrast to a 1/4″ flat plate, the Billet 4-Link Chassis Brackets feature strategically placed gussets and reinforcements in key areas of the plates as well as enhanced pocketing and lightening.

Moreover, these brackets incorporate bolt hole doublers, simplifying the installation process compared to purchasing doublers separately and spending hours aligning them correctly, welding in place and reaming holes post-fabrication.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Aside from the integrated reinforcement, doublers and lightening, the Billet 4-Link Chassis Brackets feature raised surface area along the edges and weld areas of the brackets as well as landing areas for tube gussets installed in the chassis.

Each bracket is unique and inner brackets feature a Pro Jack lifting tab that has been specifically located to clear billet wishbone mounts and hardware when the jack is being used.
