Return & Refund Policy

Please review and understand the following information prior to initiating a return of goods. Please note that not all products qualify for returns, and associated fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY

Delivery & Goods

All shipments must be opened within 2 days of delivery to confirm contents of the order. If you notice any damaged or missing parts, this must be reported to TMRC within 48 hours of delivery.  Any concerns after 2 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of TMRC.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  • Custom orders, body components, drop-shipped, non-stock or oversized items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must include a completed Return Authorization Form which can be provided via email or downloaded here >

Approved returns must be shipped back to TMRC within 7 days of receiving approval. Due to an increase in fraud, if the return is shipped outside of this window, it cannot be accepted by TMRC. Customers who ship outside of this window will have a null/void return and will be responsible for paying return shipping to receive their item back.

TMRC can issue a call-tag for UPS or FedEx to pick up your return items. These items should be in appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive in sound condition. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND POLICY

Canceled Order Refunds

If an order is canceled prior to shipping, but the payment has been processed, a 7% fee will apply. This is to cover payment processing fees for the initial sale and cancellation. If you choose to opt for in-store credit applied to your TMRC account, this 7% processing fee will be eliminated.

 

Refunds for Returned Items

All approved and accepted returns are subject to 15% restocking fee which helps cover our processing expenses, repacking, etc.

If you choose to opt for in-store credit applied to your TMRC account, the 15% restocking fee will be eliminated.

If a call-tag is provided for return shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances where items are damaged, missing or reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
