Figuring out the correct geometry when creating a set of tubular lower control arms can be overwhelming. Luckily, this Lower Control Arm Kit designed for the Strange Ultra Strut and similar takes a lot of the guesswork out and saves you a ton of fabrication time.

Starting with 7/8” O.D. 4130 tubing, the specific driver and passenger side rear Lower Control Arms are tig welded in a fixture to achieve a specific mounting angle. Connecting to the tube is a low profile 4130 machined spherical bearing cup along with an interface tab welded with proper caster for Ultra Struts.

Front Lower Control Arms feature a 7/8” O.D. 4130 tube with a tig welded clevis that interfaces with the tab on the rear Lower Control Arms.

These pre-welded components make installing a Lower Control Arm Kit as easy as finding the specific length for your application, trimming the oversized arms to size and welding the supplied tube adapters in place.

After fabrication is complete, use the supplied rod ends to connect to mounts in your chassis using your 1/2″ bolts.
