1/16” Alloy Steel Tig Welding Rod is used in our shop for joining hardened components such as the Adjustable 4-Link Brackets. In general, the Alloy Steel Tig Welding Rod is used for joining dissimilar combinations of Cr-Mo and carbon steels and can also be used at elevated temperatures.
Sold by the pound in lengths of 36”, this welding rod features DC-straight polarity, uses Argon shielding and 2% Thoriated Tungsten.
