An alternative to our smaller 5/16” Dzus Rail, this Weld-on Dzus Rail was designed for flush mounting panels with button head 7/16” quarter-turn fasteners. Laser cut from 0.059” steel, each rail features 11” hole spacing with an overall length of 44”.

The VAN-144S7-11 dzus rail features a pre-bent design that allows you to lay your welds into the bend, keeping a flush surface for your panel. Additionally, each end features an extension that allows you to merge two rails together evenly when spanning a larger area.
