Description
Dzus Rails provide quick and reliable way to mount a removable panel with quarter-turn fasteners, but do not require welding or in-depth fabrication. This Universal Dzus Rail was designed for 5/16” fasteners and features 8 holes spanning 43.5”.
The high-grade aluminum rail is bent 90 degrees to easily mount on trunks, bed rails and other similar locations using the lower rivet holes. A guide slot between mounting locations makes it easy to hold in place with a temporary fastener (Cleco) while forming and bending to follow a body line if required.
With an overall length of 43.5”, the low-profile aluminum rail features 6” dzus fastener hole spacing and allows you to clock a 5/16” dzus in three different positions.
Universal Quarter-Turn Fastener Rails are sold individually and include high quality mounting rivets. Quarter-Turn Fasteners, springs and fastener rivets are sold separately.
