Description
Thoroughly tested and used in the TMRC fabrication shop on a daily basis, we have found these abrasives to be the best performing and longest, lasting for materials used in race car fabrication.
This 4-1/2” Flap Wheel features a 36 grit surface and a 7/8” center. Unlike a flat disc, a flap wheel strikes workpieces from a different angle with every rotation. This reduces the frequency of repeated, identical scratches and enables the abrasive to wear over a longer period.
Common applications include blending, grinding, surface preparation and deburring.
