Description

Thoroughly tested and used in the TMRC fabrication shop on a daily basis, we have found these abrasives to be the best performing and longest, lasting for materials used in race car fabrication.

This 1” diameter Flap Wheel features a 60 grit surface, 1/2” width and a 1/4” mounted arbor. Unlike a flat disc, a flap wheel strikes workpieces from a different angle with every rotation. This reduces the frequency of repeated, identical scratches and enables the abrasive to wear over a longer period.

Common applications include blending, cleaning, deburring, finishing and polishing.
