Hard Racing Takes Delivery Of New Pro Modified
(7-26-2011) READING, PA –In 2010 team owner Brian Hard took delivery of his newly constructed V4-1968 Camaro by Tim McAmis Race Cars. Brian’s son Tyler pilots the Hard Racing Camaro in the Top Sportsman category in the North East. Within a few laps and their modest engine combination, the team was running low four second eighth mile passes consistently and also picked up a ‘Best Engineered’ award in the recent ADRL Penske Inaugural Northeast Drags in Maple Grove, Pennsylvania.
Once the Hard Racing team experienced the quality, craftsmanship and customer service offered by Tim McAmis Race Cars, the decision to contact TMRC once again came easy after finalizing plans to add another car to their program in 2011. Brian called upon team member Kevin McCurdy to pilot the new Camaro which features a blown HEMI and torque converter combination.
Kevin, Brian, and the Hard Racing team plan to compete in the Pro Modified division for the remainder of 2011 along with Tyler continuing to make waves in the Top Sportsman ranks.
